I live in East Fort Lauderdale, next to the beach. It's a very liberal, friendly neighborhood with a large gay population. No one cares what color your skin is or who you sleep with. It's a very friendly and safe neighborhood, other than a lot of breaking and entering thefts by people from outside of our neighborhood.
But if you drive over to the West side of town, through the dangerous hood, you end up in the old redneck part of town and find this.
