I am looking into a dedicated server solution from a company that can setup this library and its useful components. Other specs I would need are...

Hardware:
Quad Core CPU
8GB DDR3
500GB-1TB HDD
Several IP (3-5)
10TB BW

Software:
FreeBSD
Apache/MySQL/PHPmyAdmin/PERL
cPanel
Kaltura Library with all available features
FireFogg
