Fish is a good alternative to all that fatty food. I know not non meat really lol. If you want meat but somewhat healthy homemade stir fry is great. Get lean chicken breasts and cut them up into slices and fry in a pan. Thrown in celery, carrots, red/green peppers, onions too if you like them and with 2 chicken breasts you can get 3 servings easy. Another nice stir fry is same thing but instead of chicken breasts you buy the frozen shrimp/scallops, mini size.
