I'm staring at the hands on the old mantle clock that my grandfather had & debating if I really need to unscrew the back & adjust the time.

I did manage to start to de-ice the roof of the pool house, but the lack of circulation in my hands made my fingers feel like they were starting to get frost bite. 30' of ice...I busted up 3'

My almost-step-son-in-law wants to come over today & make up some concoction of warm water, rubbing alcohol, and dish soap that is supposed to help when it does start to melt (it barely got above freezing yesterday)

So there's that & a LOR update in my future
