I just looked at LOR's stats:
Browser: 29% use IE, but only 7% of those use IE8 or older (so only about 2.3% of all LOR's surfers)
OS: 58% use Windows, but only 10% of those are on XP (so only about 5.6% of all LOR's surfers)
...and, Windows no longer offers support for XP:
Support for Windows XP has ended, so the % of people using it is going to decline & keep declining as it breaks
Of course, individual results may vary
