Well, that's kind of like asking why would anyone pay for any porn with usenet services and a fast connection.
Sometimes people want specific material and don't want to download GIGS of crap to get to it. p2p (last I checked) was painfully slow.
About the domain thing- do you mean you want a vid capture clip with your domain name in it...then distribute to p2p networks in the hopes of getting traffic from it?
