Because I was ill I did not get round to putting up any Christmas decorations this year. My only decoration is a string of Christmas cards. And with the younger generation sending texts rather than cards, and the older generation mostly dying off, that means all I have is a string of eleven cards, which is kind of sad!
Just tried to type a smilie, and discovered that there is no pipe on this new keyboard. Bloody stupid!
Puppy News
Delivered the puppy's, the husky's, and the two cats' presents today because I'm off to see my father tomorrow for Christmas - way up in the ass hole end of nowhere on the border with Wales.
I gave the dogs an extra squeaky toy and some fried doggy chicken today too (their main present they won't get until Christmas day). When I'm walking the husky he is always trying to get to fried chicken boxes that people have discarded, hoping to find some left over chicken to eat. But when I gave him some proper "prepared for dogs" fried chicken, he turned his nose up at it.
However he would not let the puppy have it. He sat there guarding it, teasing the poor puppy with it, but not eating it himself!
