We're shopping for house about 1/3rd the price we're selling this one for. As for comparable houses that are on the market, I honestly think we're right where we want to be, but I'll know more when we talk to the agent today.

We slept in today. We have been so stressed over the house lately (and his parents pulling tricks last week) that we have not been sleeping. It was a solid 8 hours for me - a rarity. Tomorrow, we have to be up early - paper signing at our bank, then we go to our new home town to sign the final documents and meet with the owner.
