What do you want to do with the pic after the user uploads
it and what else should they be submitting at the same time?
I've integrated image upload into at least a dozen different
scripts, including rayauction (my ebay clone),
photomailer (formmail with images), maxboard
(my message board script with up to 4 images
uploaded with a post)
and others as well.
