Nice! The realtor of my choice, who I had known since I was teenager, died a couple of years ago, so I was searching for his friend (another agent) when I stumbled upon a name I knew. I had actually done some work on her house years ago and knew she was the feisty/aggressive type. Of course, out situation was completely different: crappy/unifinished house, extremely motivated sellers who just didn't want to own it anymore, knew we weren't going to make much off of it.
