They're fields I was putting in when I did the submits by hand - not sure what happens when you don't import them (probably go blank - and IP isn't really important for your galleries - I assume that's in there to catch cheaters)

After you click Analyze Input, you can change the Status from Pending to Approved & that will keep them out of the review queue. BUT that will screw up the Approved Date so if you're listing them by that date on the pages, they won't show up properly (I can explain that in detail if you want) so what I do is, instead of reviewing via that Pending Galleries link that shows the info on top in a new window with a small height, I just search the galleries for Pending & Submitted.

Yes. All those cells with the drop downs are formatted to read all the cells from N2 on down that have data in them. Also, if you insert a column (like above) before the columns with the drop downs (starting at J) it will automatically change the formatting on the drop down cells to look in the next column over (if that makes sense)
