Good afternoon
Been a long day, so far, with coaching and two long meetings.
Rest of the day will be spent with my GF. I had plans to do a lot of other things, but I'm OK with us switching some days and spend time together today.
Good luck GG. You know about my troubles with alcohol, so no need to talk about that, but I've been trying to loose weight a few times, too. In May I managed to reach my goal, but the moment I started to relax, weight came back. Not all of it, though.
So I am currently trying to motivate myself to go into "fighting-weight"-mode again.
Thing is, I actually feel better when I'm focused on what I eat, but that isn't enough to keep going on.
