I foolishly thought
would be good yesterday even though the back was sore. Now my back is hurting more. Looks like I'm taking another day off from outside stuff. It's suppose to be in mid 90's today anyways so I'm not completely bothered about it.
Biz/tv/ice/heat/stretching is on the agenda for today.
