Would you believe ....



2021-05-15: 203.0 lbs (92.3 kg)
2021-05-22: 201.7 lbs (91.7 kg)

A loss of 1.3 lbs (0.6 kg) and 0.64% of my body weight. I'll go with, "Slow and steady wins the race! Yeah, that's it! I'm a turtle."
