Good luck getting straight answers out of them. I always make sure to get a name - like Prince, most of 'em only have first names, but calling the next day usually reveals that no one with that particular name even works in Client Services.
Of course, I could bitch about Paycom/Epoch, too, but so far Paycom just seems clueless, whereas iBill is both clueless AND downright hostile to their clients as well.
