Morning
Up and working, likely the plan until lunch or later.
Sadly we had to call an ambulance yesterday morning for my Dad, his leg was really sore and he couldn't move it, which means we couldn't get him up and into the SUV. Spent the afternoon in the hospital with him, he is still there. He did slightly crack the socket around the hip bone but it's not a weight bearing spot and it's a slight crack so the orthopedic surgeon said no surgery required, just let it heal on it's own. Hoping his pain resides somewhat today and he can leave. He was allowed to leave last night but with the pain, we're not equipped to get him into the house and to the bathroom etc. When he gets to leave, we'll take him to the cottage as there's no stairs there once inside. Bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, TV room are all on the same floor whereas at our house, nothing is on the same floor
Something you have to think about as we all get older. Thankfully that cottage will be our retirement home so good for the future LOL
