i think they will change the algo and improve the SERPS from Inktomis database, power themselves with inktomi as the main restults - possibly incorporating their directory in some way and use overture as their main revenue source - possibly evenlike adwords.
Could see this around the new year i think and it will be a big drop for google traffic
