Submitting a pay site to link lists is mostly a waste of time. You really don't want a bunch of recip links on your page, and most link site owners won't list it without them.
Make a bunch of free sites that are link site friendly in the same niche and put ads to your paysite on them to send traffic...repeat this countlessly.
