I got one of those today! From one of LORs banned sponsors.. (feel free to say I told you so)
Actually I didn't get notice... I finally bothered to setup my payee details a week or so ago... then yesterday I suddenly couldnt log in... so I emailled them and I got this back "I believe it was for 100% charge backs"
This was a second account I was mainly sending to their hosted galleries from... so I would have liked to know if these charged back sales came from clicks off the galleries or from my sites... if it's me doing something dumb to create chargebacks with my adverts Id like to know... if it's from their gallery pages I dont give a rats ass and am more than happy to move on as they will be going broke with general traffic creating chragebacks like that from clicks on advertising they prepared inhouse anyway imho.
The account had done 7:2200 over a few months... so its not a kings ransom but having 100% chargebacks is pretty amazing I would think... I respect their right to say no thanks.. but it feels more like a "fuck you" at this end. If they suspect I am cheating I would understand no effort to notify me first.. but that doesnt seem to be the issue at all... it appears to be that they just dont give a fuck. (feel free to say I told you so again here)
Anyway, if guerilla traffic thinks similar tactics to that are ok.. I wont be trying them.
