Your actions have damaged your reputation amongst submitters.. who are one of the most important parts of running a successful LL.
Your obsession with Google is also going to cost you in the long run.
If you want to believe that the domain is penalised.. then you can.. but the simple fact is that it isnt.
You seem to have taken some so-called"SEO" information, mixed it with a bit of voodoo and positive spin and ended up with some odd views on what happens and the timeline that Google follows.
Whoever is giving you advice needs to look at themselves too!
I assume that your aim is to run a successful linklist....? correct?
Well most of us who have our LL's ranked in high places in Google did not do it in 2 months.. So why you chose to kill your list after such a short time is beyond me.
Submissions and links are the things that make an LL successful not SE rankings.
If I was starting a new LL now.. I would be happy to wait 6 months if not more for some real return from it.. and for SE listings I would be happy to wait a year.
IMO you should sit back, and make a new plan with a more real timeline for success.
