I have heard the same thing about IBill, but to be honest, I really thought they were going under when they started charging their web900 (only) webmasters the $750 Visa fee. All of the sites I was connected with back then stopped using them out of principle. The fact that they charged a CC fee to webmasters who didn't process CCs with them was just a bit outrageous IMHO. Looked like an act of desperation to me and I thought they'd be dead.......but looky here, they are still kicking.

Way back machine (sorta) they also almost went belly up when WorldCom went belly up. I hate to be optimistic towards this particular company, but they appear to be more resilient than bacteria (and about as popular LOL)
