Fact - Your site is reviewed as your site. Not in comparision to others
Fact - Rule 99: could apply - we all have it - "If we just plain do not like the site (this happens when I'm in a bad mood)"
Get rid of the banners
and resubmit
(and fix the backgound colours!)
