Personaly I'm a member of the "build and forget gang" myself. But I would guess that it's ok to remove recips from LLs that have rejected your submissions. After all it's your site (and your rules
) and your index page is valuble property. You better make sure you've been rejected before removing any recip as it could just be that the LLs in question are lagging abit behind in reviews......
