Well tonight at midnight is the deadline for Visa to respond to the legal action that PSW is taking aginst them in Federal court.

The suits charge violations of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, the Robinson-Patman Act, the Clayton Act, and others. Some info on those things are here at the Cornell archives...

We as an industry really need them to win this suit it would really help all of our processing woes.
