I dont see a problem with the text on the top of the pages.
As others have said you need to make better use of your alt tags and perhaps make them a couple of descriptive keywords describing each thumb, rather than "click to enlarge"
I always like to use mouseovers to hide the sponsors code (especially CCBill) so use
http://www.sapphicerotica. com/ it makes the surfer feel more comfortable in my opinion.
