hey everyone, ive never been to sure on this, and now i need to know. i submitted a site a 6pm last night, its now 10am the next day and would like to submit another, will this conform with alot of the 1 submit per day rules? i remember around a year ago some sites had a 24 hour rule, but i dont know if 'per day' means 24 hours or what.

please lemme know if i am allowed to submit my site now, or if i have to wait 8 hours
