I used to work for a company that ran a message board service. (in example VBulletin is the makers of this message board, but I didn't work for VBulletin) So people could come in and make message boards about anything legal that they wanted. Sports, Cooking, The Weather.........whatever.

Well every once in awhile we'd get a CP message board and I this was in 1999 and I didn't know about ASACP at the time so I reported it to the local FBI. They did NOTHING. In 1999, the Internet was still a foreign concept to a lot of people so when I was telling the FBI agents that we had IP addresses of all these offenders, it meant nothing to them. It was really upsetting. So all we did was shut down the board.
