Sorry to hear this. $200 for dial up per month is real bad. We have ADSL and it's 35 euros.
I hope everything goes OK - usually it goes after you stop to be afraid and decide what to do.
As I have own many companies from the time I was 23 I have been many times in situations where it looked I will be homeless soon, but everytime things went OK after I got myself to think and decide what to do.
