The script is called
Traffic Trader Pro . It shows me a ton of traffic stats, including In and Out, Unique and raw (As well as productivity). It will then rank my top sites and display them on the site.
It's a great tool. I also use their TGP Pro and had them do a custom management script for my hosted gallery links.
It does appear that their site is down. I assume it is because of the hurricane.
