I just suggested to the guy in canada ( i dont want to share his info unless he wants me to.)
He said they are lookingat filing suit in September against this guy.
I also asked him if he would setup a paypal or epassporte acct that would allow people to donate to supply funds to get this guy. I know he has already spent upwards of $5k on attorney fees to go after this guy so far.

I personally think this guy has inside help inside GoDaddy because my password was not something i used on affiliate program sites, it was unique and he still got in.
I had screenshots of the domain being taken because I logged in while it was going on, I had the receipt that I bought the domain I called while it was happening and GoDaddy wouldnt say anything. So even when I call and say someone is moving it RIGHT THEN They wouldn't do jack shit. I moved all my friggin domains to a different registrar the next day.
