Didn't help me 1 bit. I had the domain receipt, a screenshot of the domain being transferred away with a status message in my adming showing the domain and my account name etc, and they didn't care one bit. I thought i had a good chance of getting it back with everything that i had and considering I called within a few minutes of receiving the unlock notice but they wouldnt do jack shit.
