Speaking of strange fetishes...
My daughters boyfriend works taking blood for the Red Cross. There is a questionnaire where you have to let them know if you have had sex with another man or any unprotected sex. So, this guy walks up and explains that he has not had sex with another human since 1974. But, he does have sex with ants and flies. It seems he puts sugar water on his penis and enjoys having ants and flies crawl all over it.
I really don't think we can come up with anything that somebody doesn't enjoy.
