selena, first things first, check your gallery closely and make sure your link codes are 100% right on all links. Sometimes you can drop a single character and you won't get credit.

Second off, check to see how your sponsor counts clicks. First or second page, unique or raw, etc. Second page unique calculated every 72 hours would give you a low click number ( and a high conversion).

finally, I would say you might want to look at your traffic sources versus the content of your gallery. I noticed recently that for the same traffic sources I used, "THIS" type of gallery/ site generated way more clicks than "THAT" gallery - even with the same layouts etc. Just the content changed and the results were different.
