If I had the extra cash back then, my lawyer and I have no doubt that I would own those domains and would have received a huge settlement. As the story reads, I chose to take care of my family instead of taking what is rightfully mine.
Let him know that we will be watching those domains very closely. If he tries to sell them instead of doing the right thing (handing them over to me), we will make sure the prospective buyer will know the story.
Remember, this was my life's savings. This was my ability to retire before 40. This was a person I trusted with my life. Greed caused him to squander all of that. It will never be forgotten.

I read the story, and totally feel for you - but glad that you're still alive and kicking and taking care of your family. I was in no way affiliated with Michel, can't say I've ever spoken to the guy. Paulin is a customer of mine, and I have done work with him prior to this - when he approached me about these domains, I was drawn to take over that project due to the traffic.
Now having heard and read the story, I won't be buying the domain, nor will I continue my work on them. There are many people in this industry that can confirm my identity of being Andrew from EGONetworks - I can give you all my full contact information as well if it really boils down to it.
