go with interlace noise off,if you have a option to choose Pixel aspect ratio 4.3525 frame rate something to play with always shoot for 29.97 that NTSC.
that bitrate looks ok i'm still getting use to seeing them so highplaying with wmv file.
IIs that a apple only program or can it run on windows also
