Some days I feel like I'm awash in a sea of gender dysphoria porn. I gives me some very strange and somewhat disturbing dreams, but the money sure is nice.
On the stuff that I build I usually have a few niches going at once so that I look at something different each day. This helps me from getting burnt out.
