I wonder why each banner have "enter" inscription if it's not welcome to use them at most LL
Most of you say that what sells is text not banners but I think you should have banners with "click here" or whatever, too

About the site... I like you don't link images to join page as other sponsors do.. it makes user to read (what I gess makes him horny as hell)
