it's not striking looking like the other black chick site you have but I like the look a lot for generic black traffic.. and agree that a single theme reality site might be wearing a bit thin with some surfers too.
The movie clips seemed just ok speed wise for me, guess thats not simple to change though :\ About the only thing I would suggest is more links to the join page, particularly on your vid sample pages
