I agree, these guys rock usually. I just moved earlier this month from a shared box to a dedicated, and Mike Wesson made sure everything went real smooth. I don't remember any downtime over a few minutes since I have been there, and most of those were for equipment upgrades.
I am so glad they are back up, and I swear my sites are now 2x as fast as before the downtime, so I can't complain.
