My game plan has always been the same as you have stated above:

Build, submit, build, submit, build submit.....

Over the years, I've found different ways to do things to make the process go faster.

I was actually writing what will turn out to be a small book on building free sites on my way down to Miami in August, but the beer that found it way onto my keyboard has put that project on hold
