The banner rotator I believe is capable of being run as a php include instead of javascript - without going into too many details, a lot of LLs and TGPs will not accept any javascript on pages from what Ive seen
The whois thing - I agree with you, but by the same token, I believe it is now a US law that the information has to be real - and unfortunately a "few" cheaters have put everyone else in a bad situation - of course getting "known" on the boards like you are is definitely the right thing to do
- it takes down some of the barriers that others will face since its usually a good bet that "most" people here are getting their names/nicks known to the major LLs - which also can get you around some rules or at least get them bent
