numbers are based on one free site and its one (first after submission) month
for movie niche i've had like 12k unique
for asian niche 7k
never touched other niches. results may very there
also i received these numbers when mostly all major link lists listed me except danger dave since he closed public submission.
with danger dave you should get additional 0.7-1k unique
missing his traffic really much
