If nothing else, this post was just petty. Any program worth it's salt offers one on one webmaster support. You are doing nothing special. And if there is a webmaster that posts about having a problem, a decent program takes it with grace and dignity. You remind me of someone else that claims people are just jealous of them when they are criticized.
DangerDave accurately pointed out that you claimed numbers like 1 in 196 were not uncommon. When he did, you started to attack him personally. You know as well as I do, that was unprofessional. After that, you could have taken the high road and apologized. But, you decided to claim that Dave was only criticizing your program because he is jealous. I have really never seen Dave jealous of anyone.
I spoke to Greenie and he thought this was resolved.
