Unfortunately it is different with all lists...
Every submission to me is permanent, and is archived after time.. to my archive categories.
I know GG drops sites after 6 months if the site has not been changed or updated.
The others I cant speak for.
You can always update the site and re-submit it.. but it looks like you run into probs with the BL then.
I think it would require a quick email to the owners of the major lists you wish to re-list with, to get this sorted, and to avoid any further blacklist probs.
