Still on the dizzy side, though it is slowly getting better. I worked way too many hours at the computer yesterday, so I am cutting it back a bit today.

Anthony Bourdain makes you wonder. He seemed to have everything going for him with absolutely no signs he was in distress. Makes you wonder. Sometimes the most difficult thing to do is ask for help. Did someone miss the subtle signs that he was troubled?

It takes so much more strength to ask for help when you need it. Sometimes your friends or family need to be the ones to listen with their hearts and say something. If they do, listen to them. Don't let depression, or PTSD/PTSI, or any other form of mental aberration take you away from those you love the most. I think every country has some sort of suicide prevention program in place. But even better, almost every single one of us has compassionate friends who won't turn their backs.
