Since I was a slacker yesterday after the dentist this morning I decided to build 3 new sites which will be mentioned in another post.

I usually listen to political clips on youtube from a variety of sources/viewpoints, sometimes the music on my ipod OR nothing at all!
It's time for lunch and being a slacker, thou I will get behind the kit for some exercise later
