What's a good conversion (Joins:Hits) ratio these days? 1:300? 1:500? 1:1000?

What's a good retention rate (member rebills 1+ times)? 25%? 30%? 40%?

I'm running numbers for POV Porn Cash's sites & was wondering (I'll publish them later for anyone that cares, which I know is none of you)
