Keyword "not provided" means that Google is hiding string referrers behind those hashy url's. IP and timestamp ( and god knows what else ) sensitive. Five or so year old story.
Basically it means that they get all the data just for themselves.
edit: it's worth mentioning that all the browsing privacy started with this one.
