The best thing to do is to park them and see if there is any type-in/unique traffic- that way you can determine if its worth the reg fee or not.

Undeveloped CC domains arent worth much unless they have turned "mainstream", there are very few extentions that fall into this category.

.EU recently came out of "sunrise" so the reg fee is still high-
The domains with hypens are normally worth less than no hyphenated domains- only becasue they are less likely to have high type-in traffic.
There are a few instances where hyphenated domains are worth more than there non-hyphenated counterparts. And that is when the domain has high backlinks; overture and pagerank. Which basically means someone spent quite sometime developing it.

The criteria that determines an adult domains value differs, but most importantly is the domains abilty to be remembered and what i like to call "spark interest".
If you are looking to reg domains with resale value here are a few tips that have worked for me- keep the domains under 11 characters, no hypens and niche specific.
