Sadly Google has killed it for a lot of affiliates. Gone are the times you could build a decent site... TGP, Link List or even a 4 page free site and earn traffic. The tubes dominate the SE traffic which has effectively killed small guys. Now small guys pay the cable bill as bDok said where as 10 years ago a small guy made a grand a month.
